Two heroes. One arena. One player.
A reverse bullet-hell roguelite where you steer two heroes at the same time. One primes the swarm with an element. The other sets it off.
The hook
Your left hand primes. Your right hand detonates.
Both heroes attack on their own. Your whole job is movement: where each one stands, who they're aiming at and when their shots overlap. It feels like patting your head and rubbing your stomach, until it clicks.
Prime
Hero one lands a hit and marks the enemy with its element. The mark hangs there for about three seconds.
Detonate
Steer hero two into range before the mark fades. Their hit on the same target sets off the combo.
Fuse
Fire into wind is a Firestorm. Void into lightning executes the weak. Every pairing of elements does something different to the swarm.
Combo lab
7 elements. 28 ways to end a swarm.
Pick an element for each hero and see what they make together. Same-element pairs count too. These are the real combos from the game.

What's in the box
A full roguelite, built around the pair.
Heroes to pair up
Tanks, snipers, summoners and glass cannons across the Vanguard, Marksman and Warcaster tracks. Every pairing changes which combos you lean on.
Floors to descend
A ten-floor campaign, then eight endgame floors through crypts, caves and courtyards for the builds that survive it.
Relics to argue over
Every chest is a decision. Which hero gets the relic? Some only work for one class. Some are better shared.
Shared level bar
Both heroes feed one party level, and upgrade picks alternate between them. Stack mastery in one element or attune a new one and change your combos mid-run.
Bosses with real patterns
The Lich sweeps the arena with beams. The Necromancer rings you in. Learn the telegraphs with two bodies to keep alive.
Sticks, or two players
Play solo on keyboard or with one hero on each stick of a gamepad. Or hand the second hero to a friend on the couch.
The roster
Pick two. Regret nothing.
Start with the Knight, Archer and Wizard. Unlock the rest with gold you carry out of the dungeon. Gear you find stays with you between runs.

FAQ
Quick answers.
When does it come out?
Soon. Dual Fuse is in beta now and headed to Steam. We haven't announced a date yet. Sign up below and you'll get one email the day it launches.
What platforms?
PC on Steam first. iOS and Android are planned after the Steam release.
How much will it cost?
Pricing hasn't been announced yet.
Do I really control two heroes at once?
Yes. Both heroes attack automatically, so you only handle movement: WASD and arrow keys on keyboard, or one hero per stick on a gamepad. It takes a few minutes to click, and then it's hard to go back to one.
Can I play with a friend?
Yes. Plug in two controllers and each player takes a hero, on the same screen.
Who's making it?
Metro Mystery, a small independent studio in Houston, Texas. Dual Fuse is our first Steam game.
Be there when the fuse is lit.
Leave your email and we'll tell you the moment Dual Fuse is live on Steam.
